I started searching for a particular truck and Gilroy GMC and one other dealer had it in stock. After starting communication with both dealerships it became apparent very quickly Gilroy was the right choice. Kevin was great to work with and managed to get everything set up in advance to eliminate a long. Wait after a long drive. Once there the process took about an hour. The finance manager who helped get me across the finish was fantastic and extremely down to earth. Never did I feel like they were just trying to sell me.

It was easy to make a last minute appointment. They were welcoming and helped determine was services I needed without pushing anything. The only issue was the timing. I was told it would be done around 1:30 and it was done at 3:15. We had obligations in the afternoon and it made us an hour late unfortunately. We would have planned differently if we knew in advance.
The staff is friendly and takes care of all your vehicle needs quickly. I definitely will be returning again.

I worked with Brandon. He was so honest and easy to work with. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to track it, as it was in transit. I arrived at the dealership and thought I had an appointment. Although there was a glitch in Scheduling,, they took care of me. I was told it would be a four hour job and it was. I was able to take a great 5 mile walk on the Uvas trail (Starts at the Gilroy sports Park approximately 0.25 miles away from the dealership. I traveled over two hours to buy a new 2026 GMC Denali truck from this dealer because their pricing was straightforward and they were very responsive throughout allowing me to start the process before driving down. Quick to get an appointment, only one tech, so nothing gets done same day. Had my car a month. Parts were on back order so it took a month - new radiator. Now 5 days later. It has no coolant…. Dealership should have checked that. Only dealership around… so your out if luck.

I found the used vehicle I wanted online, did my due diligence and decided I wanted to buy it. I arrived at the dealership with a pre-approval letter, therefore knew what it would cost me. Moses, the salesman was awesome! No pressure, very informative, and just a nice human being. The sales manager asked if he could shop me, as he could find me a better rate - again, no pressure.
