We stayed there until 11 PM at night because they had so many customers. However, to be honest, it was worth the wait. Because of their sale they were flooded with customers. Jess did such a good job and never left our side and we really really appreciate her.

I was having the hardest time finding a Buick anywhere—it felt like all the Buick dealerships were disappearing or something. Leo showed me the Acadia, and I ended up loving it way more than the Buick Enclave. I honestly didn’t even realize they’re made by the same company. Either way, I really enjoyed the whole buying experience here. Would definitely recommend.
Worked with Erik and Leo and they were awesome. This dealership really changed from the last time I was here. I came when they were under the previous ownership, and boy what a difference an ownership makes. The first time I came I felt pressure, rushed, and lied to. I came a year later when I heard they were under new ownership, and it was completely the opposite. This time I felt like they listened, explained everything and gave us a good deal. The first truck did not pass inspection. So I was bummed out because they could not sell it to me, and it was the only truck I could get approved for. Then he got me approved for a newer truck with less miles and my payment went up 20 dollars! I have never bought a car and I have no credit and he got me a really good deal. I am so happy with this place!

Gilroy GMC was one of the best auto buying experiences I ever had. They. gave me multiple choices on financing or leasing. Went over the complete interior of the car. Show me every option that my vehicle came with. They went over all the extra options/extended warranties, etc. in full detail in a timely manner, which meant a lot to me. Worked with Jessilda and she was awesome. They even delivered my car all the way to Fresno (about 2 hours away) and didn’t charge me. The manager, Eric, waived the fee and gave me great numbers on the deal. Definitely a great place to buy.

Working with Erik and Leo was super easy. I had gone to a dealership in Salinas a few days before and had a really bad experience at GMC Goldstar. It honestly almost made me give up on buying a Canyon truck.

its been two weeks since my 2024 canyon is on the wating to be reapir for some problem with the computer and screen, Do not buy in here or make any service! they just gonna keep telling you that the part is coming, even if is true or not this is a factory problem wich thehy cant even fix like I say, Do not buy in here, dont waste your money in this trucks!

I was able to easily make an appointment online for a drop off a few days later, drop off was quick and easy. They were honest up front about how long it might take to get diagnostics run, and they kept me informed of progress even if there wasn't any. Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. Starting on a positive note - my salesperson, Bob, was great - but that is where the positive ends - the dealership is worn, dirty, and tattered - and the people working there are rude, dismissive, and condescending.
