Kevin, Joe, and Alex were all very responsive, helpful, and worked well with me throughout the purchase. I also worked with Jeff, one of the managers, after purchasing the vehicle. He was equally responsive and understanding and made sure I was taken care of with our new Yukon. Appreciate your great costumer service, Jeff. Overall, a very positive experience.

This is my second time buying from this dealership and it was a perfect reminder why I worked with them in the first place. From the moment I walked in the sales manager, Joe and his salesman Wesley were hospitable and polite. I was greeted and offered water and coffee and we enjoyed a quick small talk before moving to business. I had given them a call earlier in the day to let them know which car I was interested in And they did not try to sway me to any other vehicle. I appreciate that they were not pushy, but were willing to educate me on the car and answer any questions I had. Their approach was especially important for me because I had just left another dealership where they had pushed me and borderlined on rude. I am now in my new vehicle and as happy as I could be, and will continue to recommend GMC to others and will more than likely start my next car search with them when the time comes

I started searching for a particular truck and Gilroy GMC and one other dealer had it in stock. After starting communication with both dealerships it became apparent very quickly Gilroy was the right choice. Kevin was great to work with and managed to get everything set up in advance to eliminate a long. Wait after a long drive. Once there the process took about an hour. The finance manager who helped get me across the finish was fantastic and extremely down to earth. Never did I feel like they were just trying to sell me. Thank you guys for my truck and experience. I will be back.

Alex and Joe were amazing. They pre-approved me before picking up my GMC Terrain. Before I left the dealership my monthly payment dropped from $670 to $627. If you're looking for a dealership that will treat you with respect go to GILROY GMC .

Care was good and prompt, but I have ask for a complementary car wash , they don't have that anymore.

I was on vacation and had a transmission issue and they were rock stars!!! They had it diagnosed and repaired in 3 days. I was so grateful and thankful!! Would definitely recommend this dealership!
