Eli is a devoted husband and proud father who takes great pride in his children, many of whom are accomplished athletes competing at the collegiate level. Family, discipline, and hard work are at the core of everything he does.

With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Eli has worked at multiple levels of management and built a well-rounded, respected career in the car business. His deep understanding of sales, leadership, and customer service allows him to guide both his team and his customers with confidence and integrity.

Eli’s success is rooted in one simple principle: putting the customer first. By listening carefully to each customer’s needs and focusing on long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions, he has earned the trust and loyalty of countless clients throughout his career.

Alejandro Gonzales brings over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and is highly knowledgeable in the Finance Department. He has steadily worked his way up through multiple roles—including Sales, Internet Manager, and Car Buying—before finding his stride in automotive finance, where he now helps customers confidently complete their vehicle purchases.

Throughout his career, Alejandro has amassed a wealth of experience and industry insight that allows him to guide customers through the financing process with clarity and trust. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, playing poker, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jessilda, or as we call her “Jess,” is new to the automotive industry but has already excelled at an impressive pace. She quickly completed GM’s training and certification program with excellent scores, building strong product knowledge across the GMC lineup.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her dogs, who she treats like family—and she even loves cooking for them. She’s a great listener who genuinely focuses on her customers’ needs, and it’s not uncommon for customers to seek out her managers just to share how positive their experience with Jess has been.

Moises has over five years of experience in the automotive industry and brings a unique level of excitement and passion to everything he does. Time and time again, customers go out of their way to approach management to share how impressed they are with the service Moises provided and the strong work ethic he consistently demonstrates.

What sets Moises apart is his ability to truly put himself in his customers’ shoes when helping them purchase a vehicle, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process. Outside of work, Moises enjoys lifting weights and staying in peak physical condition, which he says clears his mind and prepares him to attack each day with energy and enthusiasm.

Brandon may be new to the automotive industry, but his background brings a powerful advantage. He is a certified tax preparer with experience helping clients across all tax brackets, including personal and business returns, K-1s, and real estate schedules. With a natural gift for numbers and a strong aptitude for math, Brandon’s analytical skills translate seamlessly into helping customers understand their options clearly and confidently.

He previously worked in his family’s local tax business for several years before following his passion for vehicles into the automotive world—especially GMC, one of his favorite brands. We’re excited to have Brandon on our team, knowing he will continue to excel. Brandon genuinely enjoys working with customers and values open, honest communication, believing that he only wins when his customers win first.

Leo Farias is a dedicated family man, a proud husband, and a loving father to his son, who is his greatest source of motivation.

When he’s not helping customers find the perfect vehicle, Leo enjoys cooking and is especially known for his love of barbecuing—something he takes just as seriously as delivering a great car-buying experience.

Leo brings over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, having worked across several major brands. This diverse background has allowed him to build a deep and well-rounded understanding of the car business. At GMC Gilroy, Leo specializes in the GMC lineup and is highly knowledgeable about the brand, ensuring his customers receive honest guidance, clear information, and confidence in their purchase.
